Completed Staff Work

Often people do too much rework because they don’t get it right the first time. Sometimes people overanalyze and don’t have a bias for action. In many organizations, people are “double timing” in place—all working very hard but not making needed progress. Organizations can get the “urgent” out of the way so they can focus on the really important issues if they do it right the first time. The purpose of this seminar is to increase skills and performance in: defining problems and opportunities, developing solutions to root causes and appropriate courses of action, and using a consistent and efficient approach to communicate and gain approval for proposals or problem solutions. back
