Namon Lewis, Jr. is the founder of The Sable Group and serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lewis has blazed trails as an educator, motivator, public speaker and experienced business executive. His career spans more than four decades. He formed The Sable Group after serving for many years as a Director of Human Resources for the IBM Corporation and has extensive experience solving some of the toughest challenges in both the public and private sector settings as a top-level executive. Mr. Lewis’ professional career includes management and executive positions in the areas of marketing, customer service, business operations, manufacturing and technology research. His public sector experience includes consulting for educational and nonprofit organizations.
